This limited-edition sauce is made with Calabrian chilis (from Joey’s family roots in southern Italy), grown locally from seeds sourced by his cousin Aurelio and planted by Patrick at Red Butte Farm. Blended with sweet Jimmy Nardello peppers, Paisana III delivers an earthy, sun-drenched heat that’s vibrant, balanced, and full of character.
