I met race car driver Ryan Daniels (#117) years ago, and he became a true Joey’s fan. We even sponsored his and his son Jax’s cars. Ryan’s family has deep roots in New Mexico, and his mom grew up cooking with Hatch green chiles. Through Ryan, we sourced beautiful organic Hatch chiles for this small-batch release.
