The Crazy Calabresi is a hot sauce with serious roots. It all started with Calabrian chili seeds sent over from southern Italy by family, then grown right here in southern Oregon by Patrick at Red Buttes Farm. What began as a curiosity quickly turned into something powerful once we realized just how intense these little peppers really are.
To build this sauce, we roasted some of the chilies, pickled most of them, and experimented until the balance was right. The result is bold, fiery heat with bright, punchy flavor that hits hard but keeps you coming back for more. It’s intense, unapologetic, and packed with character.
Crazy Calabresi lights up everything it touches. Spoon it over pizza, pasta, eggs, sandwiches, or anything that can handle a serious kick of Italian-inspired heat.
HEAT LEVEL: This is a hot one! Not as hot as our Flamethrower but definitely hotter than the 50/50.
