I can’t tell you how many times a Hot Head will ask me to make my sauce hotter… “pleasssse make it hotter, Joey!”. This sauce is a special blend of the super hot peppers including Carolina Reapers, Scorpions, Trinidads, and Dragon’s Breath. Like I mentioned, although this is the hottest sauce I make my main focus will always be about flavor (I learned to cook from my Italian momma after all!) so this sauce was designed to push the spicy envelope without skimming on the deliciousness factor. I don’t think you’ll ever find a Joey’s Hot Sauce so spicy that you have to eat it with a toothpick but this is me letting all you hotheads out there know—you’ve been heard ;) Eat at your own risk and ENJOY!
