When Alex reached out about creating a custom hot sauce for Wonder Bur, I knew it was going to be a fun one. We've already teamed up for a hot wing challenge and we're getting ready to launch our first live podcast from the bar, so creating a collaboration sauce just made sense.
Wonder Bur Blaze highlights locally grown Serrano and Cherry Bomb peppers, bringing together bold heat with layers of smoky, savory flavor. The Serranos provide a bright, clean kick while the Cherry Bombs add depth and just the right touch of sweetness.
It's a sauce built for burgers, wings, fries, tacos, pizza, grilled meats, and just about anything that could use a little extra fire.
